Substantive work across three practice areas
Pratesis is not a body shop. Every role here involves understanding the client’s operational reality and contributing to an outcome that lasts beyond go-live.
PRACTICE AREA 01
Consulting & Solution Design
Working directly with clients to understand their operational challenges, design the right ecosystem architecture, and translate business needs into implementation scope. Requires the ability to listen carefully and communicate clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
PRACTICE AREA 02
Implementation & Project Delivery
Configuring, deploying, and integrating the Pratesis ecosystem platforms. Pronto Xi ERP for mining, Scylla X for distribution across client environments. Requires discipline, technical depth, and the ability to manage complexity without losing sight of the business outcome.
PRACTICE AREA 03
People Enablement & Change
Building the human side of transformation — capability assessments, role-based training, change adoption programmes, and post-go-live governance. Working with Neufast and Eximius as delivery partners, this is where technology meets the real test: do people actually use it?

Business Consultant - Mining or Distribution
Client-facing advisory and solution design. Background in operational consulting, ERP implementation, or industry operations preferred.
Implementation Engineer - Pronto Xi or Scylla X
Technical configuration, integration, and deployment. ERP or distribution system experience. Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable in complex client environments.
Project Delivery Manager
Overseeing engagement execution from kickoff to go-live and beyond. Requires the ability to manage scope, timelines, client expectations, and internal teams simultaneously.
People Enablement Specialist
Designing and delivering capability building, change adoption, and training programmes. Background in L&D, organisational change, or HR. Works closely with Neufast and Eximius.
