About the Role
We are looking for a Mining Operations Supervisor to support and oversee daily mining activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mining and field operations.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders.
- Monitor productivity, equipment utilization, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support planning and execution of mining activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in mining operations.
- Strong understanding of mining processes and site safety.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations.
