Founded with a clear mandate: build business technology that serves operational reality. From day one, Pratesis positioned itself not as a software reseller, but as an operational partner for businesses navigating complexity.
Deep entry into distribution management
Pratesis began building deep expertise in distribution management. Working with FMCG companies and regional distributors to systematise routes, orders, and field execution. This was the foundation of what would become Indonesia’s most comprehensive Distribution Management Ecosystem.
Growing to 100+ distribution clients across Indonesia
Through the 2000s, Pratesis expanded its distribution portfolio across multiple product categories: from beverages and food to consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. Each engagement deepened the company’s operational understanding of last-mile execution challenges in the Indonesian market.
Scylla X proprietary distribution platform launched
After years of implementing third-party DMS solutions, Pratesis launched Scylla X — a proprietary Distribution Management System built from the ground up for the complexity of the Indonesian market. Scylla X integrates DMS, SFA, and trade promotion governance into a single operating platform.
Entry into mining industry a second vertical at depth
Recognizing that mining enterprises faced the same structural challenges as distribution fragmented data, uncontrolled cost, and reactive operations. Pratesis entered the mining sector. The same orchestration philosophy applied: integrate people, process, data, and technology into a unified control system.
Pronto Xi ERP partnership - the mining ecosystem core
Pratesis established a strategic partnership with Pronto Xi, one of Australasia’s most established ERP platforms for asset-intensive industries. Pronto Xi became the operational core of the Digital Mining Ecosystem – providing financial management, asset tracking, maintenance control, and procurement governance for mining enterprises.
Huawei Cloud partnership - enterprise-grade infrastructure
As clients demanded cloud deployment for their operational ecosystems, Pratesis formalized a partnership with Huawei Cloud, providing enterprise-grade, Indonesian data-sovereign cloud infrastructure. This enabled scalable, compliant, and resilient hosting for both the Scylla X and Pronto Xi ecosystems.
People Enablement becomes a formal practice
Recognizing that technology transformation fails when people are not ready, Pratesis formalized its People Enablement capability – integrating workforce assessment, capability building, and change adoption into every ecosystem deployment. Partnerships with Neufast and Eximius strengthened the HR technology and training dimension of this practice.

With 168+ distribution clients, 30+ mining companies, and a maturing People Enablement practice, Pratesis enters 2026 with the most comprehensive operational ecosystem capability in its 38-year history.
