About the Role
We are seeking a Distribution & Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the movement of materials and products from operational sites to customers and distribution points.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and distribution activities.
- Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and logistics documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, transport partners, warehouses, and customers.
- Track inventory movement and maintain accurate distribution records.
- Identify potential delivery issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Prepare logistics and distribution performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or distribution.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with logistics documentation and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or relevant logistics systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
